jetsetters: marcela of @wanderable
We’re not overstating things here. We were thrilled to chat with this week’s jetsetter, Marcela of Wanderable. Wanderable is a new honeymoon registry service… but we’ll get to that in a sec. As two married ladies, we can happily and honestly tell you this much. Each of our wedding days were among our most amazing to date. They perfectly reflected our relationships, and our post-wedding honeymoons were equally as lovely. And then we found Wanderable and now we want two GIANT do-overs. We joke, obbbviously, but we can tell you this much: if we could go back in time, we would…

a weekend in paris & a sunday at les puces
Recently, much to our surprise, we found ourselves very happily headed ack to Paris. With a long list of things to do and places to go, we wanted to revisit our old haunts, and explore some new ones. Friday in a tiny wine bar, Saturday in Tuileries, Sunday at Les Puces. You might be wondering why a craving for such a perfect-sounding weekend would be a surprise. When we left the Île-de-France in July, London-bound with two giant suitcases and one little pug, I wasn’t exactly sad. It’s no secret that I had maxed out on quaint country life, and…

#LTsouthafrica: an afternoon in cape town with flytographer
It’s very, very hard to believe that it’s been over a month since we were in South Africa with Hands Up Holidays. Like all incredible experiences, it somehow feels like it was both yesterday and a million years ago. Now that we’ve wrapped up our #LTsf recaps, we’re finally ready to dive into our South Africa trip, head first. Starting, of course, with our afternoon in Cape Town with Flytographer. Our itinerary started and ended in Cape Town, and though our Flytographer photoshoot fell somewhere in the middle, it somehow feels like a fitting place to start. After an incredible…

foodie break: cioppino’s, san francisco
Since most of our first day in San Francisco centered around the SoMa and Union Square neighborhoods, we knew we wanted to spend our second and final day exploring. And by exploring, we mean eating and drinking and eating and then drinking more. It’s a TOTALLY NORMAL and perfectly acceptable way to acclimate to a new city, ok? And when in San Francisco, there was no way we were missing a meal at Cioppino’s. Many of our meals up until this point had featured local northern California ingredients and freshly caught seafood. We have to say, we were hooked (see…

a perfect day in sonoma, california
As you may recall, we recently had a little reunion in the Golden State, complete with one night in San Francisco, and one night in Napa. From there, the hubs and I made our way to finally visit a place that’s long been on our list. Enter: Sonoma, California. Fun fact! The whole reason LTsf came together in the first place is because Jeff had a work trip to San Francisco. He’s had enough professional escapades around Europe sans moi. As soon as he mentioned an upcoming 12-hour flight across the pond, I sweetly offered to accompany him. “Whaaaatt!!! I’ve…
