travel announcement: the friendsgiving to end all friendsgivings…
For all of those in despair over the end of our #LTeastcoast coverage (we know there are AT LEAST one or two of you), we have the best news in weeks! There’s another Lazy Traveler’s reunion on the horizon. This time, it’s all in the name of FRIENDSGIVING. We’ll be meeting in the land of all the greats. Home to Shakespeare and Dickens and Hugh Grant and Harry Potter! There will be pints and fish and chips and perhaps one or two restraining orders filed by the royal family. If you haven’t guessed it by now, my fiancé and I are…

jetsetters: the traveling greaves
One of the best things to come from our travels is the friends we’ve made all over the world. There’s just something about fellow travelers that makes it easy to connect. There’s an openness, and a desire to try new things. Plus, of course, a shared love of discovering as many new places as possible. Sure, we moved from France to London, and had a very mini-US stint in between. But our summer was pretty crammed into a few short weeks. I’m genuinely not complaining! And honestly, even if I was, I don’t think I’d get many RSVPs to that pity party. Luckily, what my summer lacked in seaside quantity, it certainly made up for it in quality. Our few days of summer in the Algarve are almost enough to keep my Vitamin…

style spotter: autumn days
Autumn days are here again! From here on out, ALL PUMPKIN ‘ERRTHING. Call me basic, see if I care? I’m proud to say that from September through November, my life is dedicated to embracing autumn. Give me all of its orange pumpkin-y goodness. If you think I’m beyond picking up handfuls of crispy autumn leaves and throwing them in the air every time I step outside, you’re very wrong. I love these autumn days for many reasons, though I won’t bore you with them here (ahempumpkin). One of the biggest reasons I’m excited autumn is here? I am so sick…
