I had hoped to achieve many things by spending one year in France and now, here we are—almost on the other side. We’re older, we’re wiser. As you may have heard — because we haven’t been particularly quiet about it — we recently spent a night at the Loire Valley’s Château Challain. It was basically life-changing.
