#lteuropa bucket list takedown: bottoms up
We’re as shocked as you are that it took us this long to address one of our best bucket list items: throw back at a pint at a traditional Viennese beer hall. What’s less shocking? We checkity check check checked this one almost immediately. And then again. Many times over: Naturally, it was also a learning experience. And so, here is how you do beer in Vienna: Cheers of choice // A hearty “PROST!” complete with eye contact all the way through your first sip. #LTeuropa bucket list takedown: one high-speed catamaran, please
When we we first planning our LTeuropa itinerary, we assumed we’d be taking trains to get us from city to city. That is, until we heard about the Twin City Liner, a high-speed catamaran that runs between Bratislava and Vienna. Never ones to shy away from advice from a local–or a photo-op (like, how good would we probably look on the deck of a ship, hair flowing in the breeze??)–we quickly added a high-speed catamaran ride to our official bucket list. Naturally, one of the things that most concerned us was our commitment to… Learn to make strudel CHECK. On our first full day in Vienna, we made our way over to the…

the #LTeuropa reunion: where we laid our heads to sleep
As much as we’d love to be all luxury all the time, we’re no dummies. We adore laying our heads down on a feathery cloud as much as the next girl! But, unfortunately, we kinda adore our meager savings accounts more. Though our most recent reunion adventure took us to some amazing places, we couldn’t have done it without our signature travel move: the high/low accommodation mix. Should you find yourself planning your own holiday in Budapest, Bratislava, Austria or Prague, know this, friends: it can be done on a budget, but you don’t have to sacrifice comfort! Budapest Night…
