There is nothing more humbling than being a twenty-six year old Master’s degree recipient and having to resort to babysitting for a living. Once winter arrives, hubs and I tend to hole up and hibernate for weeks at a time. To cure our seasonal affective disorder (thank you, webMD for allowing me to self-diagnose these things), we usually pick one TV show and have full-on TV marathons. It’s that time of year when I wonder why I’m not a winter traveler–especially the type that goes somewhere tropical every January or February.
